1. Who we are

This website is operated by Bareddys Private Limited (“bareddys”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a private limited company registered in India (CIN U85499KA2025PTC205609) with its registered office at #100, 1st A Main, 3rd Cross, Maruthi Nagar, Yelahanka Old Town, Bengaluru – 560064, Karnataka, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), bareddys is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us through the contact form:

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver and secure the website. We do not use it to identify you.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or use it to make automated decisions about you.

If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us.

4. Who we share it with

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 12 months after our last communication with you, then delete them. If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, we will do so sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. How we protect it

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable security safeguards, as the DPDP Act requires, to prevent personal data breaches.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, and similar laws where they apply to you, you can:

To exercise any of these rights, email info@bareddys.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

8. Grievance Officer

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the DPDP Act, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to handle complaints about personal data and this website.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 working days of receiving it.

9. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It saves one small note in your browser for the current tab so the loading animation plays only once. Read our Cookie Policy for details.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
